Raffles International Floristry Academy  (RiFA) is a full time flower arrangement and floral design school set up for the purpose to nurture interested individuals with passion for floristry into kindred spirits and professionals with a profound understanding of the blooms they craft with. Thus the instructors and trainers at the academy guide their students to develop their knowledge and concept of the flowers, buds and leaves, enabling and empowering them to create masterpieces of their own concept and design by emulating and not just copying.
